A video call can help with troubleshooting and planning. Some problems need an in-person inspection. I’ll review your request first.

Do I need an account?
No. You can request a call without signing in. A private cookie lets you view your requests and photos in this browser. Return on the same device and browser, and keep cookies enabled. Clearing cookies removes guest access.
Do I pay before you review my request?
No. Share your vehicle details, describe the issue, and choose a time first. I’ll review everything. Only an approved request unlocks the $25 payment step.
How do I join the video call?
After payment is confirmed, your booking page shows a unique Jitsi Meet link. Open it on your phone or computer. I’ll start the room; if you arrive first, wait for the host. Have your camera and microphone ready.
What if you can’t help with my repair?
I’ll decline the request with a note if it isn’t suitable for video help. You won’t be charged. A video call can’t replace hands-on inspection or guarantee a diagnosis.
What should I have ready?
Your vehicle, a charged phone, a steady internet connection, and any symptoms, codes, or photos you want to discuss. Park somewhere safe with the engine off unless we specifically agree otherwise.
How will I know my request is approved?
Open My requests in the same browser you used to book to see the current status, my notes, and the payment button when approved. Your booking page refreshes automatically while it’s open. Email notifications are not enabled.
Is this taking real payments yet?
This site uses Stripe test mode only. No real money is charged. Payment becomes available after approval and once the host connects Stripe. Use a Stripe test card in Checkout.
